Speedy Shatari (they/them)
Speedy loves coming to work each day as Stand Up's General Manager of Programs and Engagement. They have had extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and previously worked at the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies overseeing their social justice branch. They have played an integral role in developing Australia's first LGBTQIA+ Jewish Mentorship Program and spearheaded a fundraising campaign designed to make giving more accessible for young adults. As a Jewish, non-binary and transmasculine person, Speedy strives to make Australia a home where everyone feels safe and respected.
