Allyship

Allyship is at the heart of how we build meaningful, lasting relationships beyond our Jewish community - grounded in respect and a deep commitment to showing up for one another.

At the centre of this work is our flagship program, Derech Eretz, where young Jewish adults step into shared spaces with First Nations communities to learn, connect, and build genuine relationships. This isn’t one-off engagement - it’s about cultivating trust over time, rooted in listening, humility, and care.

Participants develop the skills and confidence to engage across difference, while staying anchored in their own identity and values. Together, they explore what it means to stand alongside others - not just in moments of celebration, but in times of challenge and uncertainty.

These relationships are what sustain us.
