Stand Up's Junior Leadership Pathways is where the journey begins. We're supporting school-aged participants to grow into thoughtful, grounded Jewish leaders in an increasingly complex world.
Young people are starting to navigate big questions about identity, belonging, and what it means to stand up for others. Our programs create a space where they don’t have to choose between their Jewish identity and their passion for social justice, but they can strengthen both, together.
Through age-appropriate experiences, participants explore Jewish values, build meaningful relationships, and develop the confidence to take action in their communities. They are supported to reflect on who they are, where they come from, and the kind of impact they want to have.
Junior Leadership Pathways lays the foundation for a new generation of leaders with the moral clarity, resilience, and courage to navigate difference and stand up for what matters.
