Welcome to the Stand Up team! Before you get started, we need you to complete the following forms and safety checks. This must be done before you can begin volunteering with Stand Up. If you have current versions of any of the below (and have provided copies of them to Stand Up), please disregard. Please note that Stand Up covers the cost of any checks and training that we require in order for you to volunteer at Stand Up.
STEP 1 - complete the following forms:

Police Check
- If you have a current Police Check, please forward to [email protected]. If not, please complete as per below.
- Click www.crimcheck.org.au/check/suja and provide the details required for a Criminal Record Check.
- Once you complete the form, you will need to upload the required ID.
Working With Children Check - Employment
- If you have a current WWCC - Employment, please forward to [email protected]. If not, please complete as per below.
- Complete a 'Working With Children Check - Volunteer', by clicking here for a NSW Check or here for a VIC Check.
- You can read the instructions for NSW here and the instructions for VIC here.
- Please send a copy of your paid invoice and BSB details to [email protected] for reimbursement.
- If/when you have a Victorian WWC card, please follow the second half of the instructions for VIC.
Safeguarding Children online training course: ACF
- As you may be volunteering/working with vulnerable communities or children under 18 years of age, you must complete this training. It is valid for 3 years and might be useful for any other commitments you have now or into the future. The training costs $40 dollars, but has been covered by Stand Up.

If you have a current version of either of the below, then please forward to [email protected]:
- First Aid Certificate: HLTAID010 /HLTAID011 (valid for 3 years from time of completion)
- CPR Certificate: HLTAID009 (must be redone annually)

- Please send a copy of your paid invoice and BSB details to [email protected] for reimbursement.
- Please send a copy of your Certificate of completion at [email protected].
STEP 3
- Letter of Engagement: please sign the Letter of Engagement that has been emailed to you and email it to [email protected]
