The Trailblazer Retreat is a three-day intensive for Jewish young adults (18-30) who care deeply about the world around them, and are ready to turn that care into action.
Driven by the Jewish values and teachings of Tzedek Tzedek Tirdof: (justice, justice shall you pursue) and Tikkun Middot (personal and ethical growth), participants will form a cohort of impassioned leaders, exploring who they are, what they care about, and how they want to show up as leaders in their communities.
The Trailblazer Retreat creates a space for emerging leaders to clarify purpose, build confidence, and develop a tangible project or idea for implementation, while forming lasting connections with a connected cohort.
This is not about having all the answers. It’s about building the tools, networks and practical steps to begin.
