Congratulations on being successful in your Our Journey volunteer interview process. Now that you're going to be part of the Stand Up family, we need you to complete the following forms and safety checks. This must be done before you can begin volunteering with Stand Up. If you have current versions of any of the below (and have provided copies of them to Stand Up), please disregard. Please note that Stand Up covers the cost of any checks and training that we require in order for you to become a volunteer at Stand Up.
STEP 1 - complete the following forms:

- Police Check: Click www.crimcheck.org.au/check/suja and provide the details required for a Criminal Record Check. Once you complete the form, you will need to upload the required ID.
- Working with Children Check: Complete a Working With Children Check by clicking here for a NSW Check or here for a VIC Check. You can read the instructions for NSW here and the instructions for VIC here. If you already have a WWC card, please follow the second half of the instructions for VIC.
STEP 4 - COVID-19 VACCINATION CERTIFICATE:
